The story looks awful, but the Chinese locations look amazing. Note: The film had the involvement and approval of the Chinese government, so I'm guessing there won't be anything about politics or food security.

Uh, karate is Japanese.
Kung fu is Chinese.
The movie is set in China, it's about learning kung fu, and stars the great Chinese screen hero Jackie Chan...
So should the Fresh Prince's kid not be the "Kung Fu Kid"?
When filmmakers choose to flub this kind of basic just so they can capitalize on a marketing gimmick, I hold no hope for the rest of their effort.
Poor Jackie... I know he's been cashing in for the past 10 years or so, but... isn't he rich enough?
