Demilitarized Zone, United Nations Command, Panmunjom, Korea

Straddling the border, which runs down the center of the table. Notice, through the window, the North Korean soldier standing about one foot within North Korean territory.

The dateline reads "Korea" because I like to think that, at least in this one hut in which the two sides hold meetings, Korea is united.

Paul it's Eddie, you may remember me from such short excursions as the Great Wall of China with that crazy loud guide and eating deep fried cheese sticks (ugh) in the World of Suzie Wong's, whilst passing biting comments about the quality of the ex-pat white female's interest in the idiot magician!!

Have been reading your blog ever since, and I gotta ask you (having seen your three N. Korea pics, why are you copying the George Bush style of pose with the backs of yor hands facing the camera and stuck out from your body? Is it to impress upon the communist minions your strength as a representative of th World Police? :-)
